The People You'll Actually Work With, From Your First Call to Your Plan for Life
You should know exactly who you're trusting with your family's future. Here's our team.
Jason R. Breit, Esq.
Founding Attorney
Jason founded this firm on a simple belief: estate planning should help families live a full, meaningful life, not just prepare for the end of one. He's been a licensed New York attorney since 2007, holds a JD from Roger Williams School of Law, an MBA from Dowling College, and a BA from Hamilton College, and carries the RICP® designation and CLTC certification. He also works as a Financial Advisor, which is why LIFT Planning is built into every plan we create.
Sarah Mathurin
Client Services Director
Sarah believes that estate planning is about more than just documents; it's about protecting the people and legacies that matter most. As Client Service Director, she is committed to making every client feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their estate planning journey.
Sarah is there to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure every detail is handled with care. She understands that discussing the future can sometimes feel overwhelming, so she strives to create a positive, comfortable experience built on kindness, patience, and open communication.
One of Sarah's favorite parts of her role is getting to know each client and helping them feel confident that their family's future is in good hands. She takes pride in building meaningful relationships and making the planning process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Why a Small Practice Matters
You are not passed from one person to another or treated like just another file. As a small practice, we provide personal, consistent attention throughout the planning process. You work directly with the attorney who takes the time to understand your family, your goals, and the plan you are putting in place.
That direct relationship also means you know who to call when questions come up or life changes. Your estate plan is built around your family, with ongoing guidance from an attorney who already understands what matters to you.
