How Much Does Estate Planning Cost on Long Island?
Fixed Fees, Agreed to in Advance — No Hourly Billing
If you're researching estate planning costs, you deserve a straightforward answer.
At Jason R. Breit, Esq. P.C., every client begins with a free consultation. From there, all fees are fixed and agreed to in writing before any work begins—so you'll always know the investment before you move forward. We never bill by the hour, and we never surprise clients with unexpected legal fees.
Because every family has different goals, assets, and concerns, we don't quote an exact fee until we've had the opportunity to understand what you're trying to accomplish.

Why We Won't Quote You a Price Over the Phone
There's no one-size-fits-all answer to "how much should my estate plan cost" — and honestly, we'd be cautious of any attorney who tells you an exact number over the phone or by email before ever sitting down with you. That approach is exactly why so many estate plans fail: families shop around based on price alone, because they don't have any other way to compare, and end up with a set of documents that don't actually work when their family needs them.
We'd rather you make an informed, confident decision — not just pick the cheapest option because you don't have another basis for choosing.

Why can't you just tell me the price over the phone?
Because an accurate fee depends on your specific family, assets, and goals — a number quoted before we understand your situation isn't a real quote, it's a guess, and we'd rather give you an honest one.
